Bad Deal

thieves, greedy unethical tricky small lenders, sub-prime mtge. They appeal to people with low credit scores whom big lenders will reject then they overcharge, raise mortgage rates @up tp 18% on you if they find (or say they find) you in default. If you can't pay what's next? They foreclose and cease your property i guess
